The NACME Scholar Online Resume Directory provides your company with information about current NACME Scholars who are available for internships in engineering. NACME Scholars are talented and successful African American, American Indian, and Latino women and men who are pursing their baccalaureate degrees in engineering and who are preparing for entry into America's technological and engineering workforce.
This free online service is a benefit for NACME donor companies. The database contains the individual resumes of current NACME Scholars showing their academic data, contact information, and prior experience.
The NACME Scholar Online Resume Directory is easy to use. With the site's database search tools, you can identify scholars by any number of criteria including major, geographical location, and grade-point average. After you have completed your search, you may forward the information to the appropriate person in your company or simply contact the student by telephone, email, or mail to discuss the opportunity or set up an interview. Assistance in using the database is available by consulting the "Help Menu" on each page.
This database has been developed to help support the national effort to increase the representation of successful African American, American Indian and Latino women and men in engineering. Internships are an important part of our scholars' engineering education. And internships are a good opportunity for your company to develop a relationship with a student during his or her undergraduate career that may result in a full-time hire after graduation.
